Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lugal mobile app and related services
(the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Service overview
Lugal is a hyperlocal platform that connects customers with nearby vendors for essentials, services, rides,
and appointments. Availability depends on your location and vendor coverage within a 5 km radius.
2) Eligibility & account
- You must use Google Sign-In to access the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
- You agree to provide accurate information and use the Service lawfully.
3) Location requirement
Location access is required to show nearby vendors and route services. If you deny location permission,
you may not be able to use core features.
4) Orders, bookings, and fulfillment
- Vendors are responsible for their product/service details, pricing, availability, and fulfillment.
- Order status updates are provided for convenience and may vary depending on vendor operations.
- Lugal may facilitate communication and support, but the vendor is typically the provider of goods/services.
5) Direct Add / Quick Add ordering
Lugal may allow adding products directly without browsing a vendor. In such cases, Lugal will assign the order
to an eligible vendor within your area based on availability and operational rules.
6) Payments
- Currently we are dealing with cash on delivery payment system only.
- Soon we will be implementing the upi payment system in our app.
7) Wallet rewards & redemption
- Eligible completed orders/rides/bookings may earn wallet rewards as per current program rules.
- Wallet redemption is allowed only when your wallet balance is ₹100 or more.
- Lugal may update reward rates, eligibility, and redemption rules with reasonable notice.
8) Feed, likes & comments
- Feed posts are created by vendors using their admin panel.
- You may like and comment; you agree not to post abusive, illegal, or misleading content.
- Lugal may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
9) Chat (text, images, audio)
- Chat is provided to help users and vendors communicate for support, clarifications, and fulfillment.
- You agree not to share unlawful content or harass others.
- Lugal may restrict or suspend chat access if misuse is detected.
10) Cancellations, refunds & disputes
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the vendor category, order status, and vendor policies.
Payment-related refunds follow Razorpay and banking timelines where applicable. For support, contact:

11) Prohibited uses
- Violating laws or regulations.
- Attempting to access data or systems without authorization.
- Posting harmful, hateful, or misleading content in comments or chat.
- Interfering with app operations or vendor/customer experience.
12) Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. Lugal does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free
operation. To the extent permitted by law, Lugal’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid through the
Service for the specific transaction in dispute.
13) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update features or these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
