We use vendor information to review onboarding, display approved shops and products, process product orders, coordinate support, enable chat, calculate order reporting, and protect the platform.

Visibility

Approved vendor shop details, products, ratings, posts, and availability may be shown to customers in the assigned Lugal support area.

Deletion

Vendors may request account deletion. Completed order, settlement, dispute, catalog, and compliance records may be retained where required.
